Over the last 10 weeks, the club has been putting together a video series of members young and old performing some of the most popular throws and techniques, showing them standing and moving. This a great way to show the diverse techniques our members use, and a great guide to learn throws for younger members, especially to see them performed so well. The club has currently produced 10 videos.
